A: Yes, you can switch to either automatic deduction from your bank, or we can bill you every 3 months, 6 months, or once a year

A: Contact me and we can get you a new one. My advice is to keep your important papers and policies in a portable file box. If you ever have to evacuate your home, just grab the box and you have all your papers in one place.
A: Claim forms are available on this website. Fill out the form, get your doctor to fill out his section and mail it to the address on the form. For reimbursement of medical bills also include an itemized bill. Let me know when you file a claim and I will follow up on it for you.
A: First, think about what are you trying to protect. Your income is very important. If you depend on it, disability income is important. If someone else is dependent on you for an income, life insurance is also very important. If you are spending over $200 a year on dental bills, dental insurance can save you money.

A: Your payments can be converted to either come out of your bank account automatically, or we can set it up to bill you at home every 3, 6 or 12 months.
Q: I'm pregnant, or I'm getting ready for surgery, how do I get that disability policy?
A: While we do cover pre-existing conditions (after 12 months) it is IMPORTANT to have disability income in force BEFORE an unexpected need arises.
