Heart Disease, Heart Attack and Stroke Insurance

Heart Disease, Heart Attack and Stroke Insurance helps pay the expenses your major medical plan doesn't cover, such as copayments, deductibles and even your daily living expenses.


It can provide benefits for your health-related needs and it also provides benefits for many incidental expenses, such as ambulance, transportation, and intensive care unit


Policy pays up to $100,000.00 for the permanent implantation of a natural or artificial heart under the heart transplant benefit.  Benefit is payable in addition to all other benefits once for each covered person.
